Location: NW1 4LE Rate of Pay: 35,000 per annum Working Pattern: Predominately Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pm ,occasional weekend shifts depending on events, Site closed over Christmas and New Years Key Responsibilities: To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer needs To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers Work effectively with all colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer service Making outstanding quality food that is 'picture perfect' every time Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard Working in a team of 6, 1 HC, 1 Sous Chef, 1 Junior Sous, 2 CDP and 1 Breakfast Chef Our ideal candidate will have contract catering experience.
