Hospitality General Manager in Training — Lead & Grow

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a General Manager in Training across several Toby Carvery venues in the Leeds district. The role begins with a 12-week induction to build leadership and operational skills for a future General Manager position.

You will drive across multiple sites, supported by an area manager, with a clear training plan to grow teams, hit targets and progress to GM or deputy/assistant roles as development dictates.
