Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to all guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions, utilizing strong networking and booking skills.
• Provide personalized recommendations for activities, dining, and sightseeing tailored to individual guest preferences.
• Coordinate transportation services, including airport transfers and local travel arrangements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a guest-facing role, preferably as a Hotel Concierge or in a high-end customer service position.
• Exceptional knowledge of local attractions, dining, and transportation in Liverpool and surrounding areas.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple guest requests simultaneously in a remote capacity.
