About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hotel General Manager to lead operations at a prestigious hotel in Leeds . This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker capable of overseeing all hotel departments, from guest services and housekeeping to food and beverage, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including financial performance, sales, marketing, and guest relations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of hotel staff, fostering a culture of excellent guest service.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety , and licensing regulations.
• Maintain high standards of quality across all hotel services and facilities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or Senior Hotel Management role.
• Strong financial acumen and a demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and the hospitality industry.
• Ability to handle complex operational challenges and make sound decisions.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
