Hotel Maintenance Manager — Lead Safety, Projects & Team

Kew Green Hotels is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across the hotel, ensuring safety, compliance and high standards. You’ll own the maintenance function, lead your team and manage contractors to deliver value and minimal guest disruption.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll plan preventative maintenance, oversee budgets, track compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all guest and back‑of‑house areas.
