Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Control budgets, manage expenses, and drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including budgeting, revenue management, and staff supervision.
