About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations in Aberdeen . This key leadership role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service, and driving profitability. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and implement strategies to enhance the hotel's reputation and market position. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control measures to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and motivate hotel staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations within the hotel premises.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local community stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior management role within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrable experience in budget management, P&L statements, and revenue optimization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Knowledge of relevant hospitality software and systems.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
