About the Role
Our client is looking for a seasoned and strategic Hotel Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of their hotel portfolio, focusing on efficiency and guest satisfaction from a remote capacity. You will work closely with on-site management teams to implement best practices, drive performance improvements, and ensure consistent service standards across properties. This role requires exceptional leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of hotel management, with the ability to influence and guide teams remotely to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of multiple hotel properties, ensuring seamless execution of services.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive performance improvements across departments.
- Collaborate with General Managers and department heads to address operational challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards across all managed properties.
- Lead remote training initiatives and support on-site teams in achieving service excellence.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Hotel Operations Management , preferably with multi-property oversight.
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and improve guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong understanding of hotel financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
- Excellent remote leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
