Hotel Revenue Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Hotel Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies for their properties. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting to inform pricing decisions.
• Manage inventory and pricing across all distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct bookings.
• Prepare regular revenue performance reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and packages that drive incremental revenue.
• Monitor booking pace and adjust strategies as needed to meet financial targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager or in a similar revenue optimization role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
• In-depth understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
• Excellent forecasting abilities and experience with budget management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable working remotely.
