We are currently looking for a passionateHousekeeping Floor Supervisor , to join ourAccommodation Serviceson apermanentbasis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To check each room daily on assigned floors to ensure it has been cleaned, laid out, supplied and presented to required standards set.
• To check Vacant Clean status rooms promptly each morning and report to the Office Co-coordinator the status found.
• To ensure that there are adequate supplies of linen, guest and cleaning supplies according to the set par stocks.
• To handle all guest requests, queries and complaints promptly and to exercise discretion in any contact with guests.
• Ensuring all procedures are followed in relation to LQA standards

You will be required to work40 hoursper week, on a shift rota.
