About the Role

You will lead and motivate a team of housekeeping attendants, manage inventory of supplies, and ensure all areas of the hotel meet stringent quality standards, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the hotel's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, placing orders as needed.
• Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hotel standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
