Housing Customer Care Specialist

Radius Housing is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Customer Service Centre in Holywood. You will provide high-quality telephone support across rents, neighbourhoods, allocations, housing and repairs, working as part of a dedicated team to resolve calls efficiently.

The role requires six months of customer service experience, strong IT skills with MS Office, and fluency in English. This permanent position offers 37 hours per week with a range of employee benefits.
