Housing First Support Worker – Greenwich

Thames Reach is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join the Greenwich Housing First team. The role focuses on floating, person-led support to help clients sustain tenancies and achieve independence in the Greenwich area.

You will build trusting relationships, create personalised plans and collaborate with housing and service partners to respond to complex needs. The contract is fixed term until 31 March 2027, with 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £33,472 per year.
