Housing Location Manager: Empowering Independent Living

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Housing Location Manager at Wordsworth Court in Caversham, Reading. This part-time, 30 hours per week, permanent role focuses on helping older residents live independently within our communities, managing day-to-day operations and tenancy matters.

You will handle letting properties, rent accounts, repairs, and safety checks, building strong relationships with residents and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a safe, welcoming home for all.
