We are working with a local housing association which require a part-time housing officer for initially 10 weeks, this role is open to those with Housing experience, but you must be able to drive and have a car as being mobile is a key aspect of the role. Key responsibilities

Manage a patch of tenants and properties Conduct tenancy and neighbourhood visits Deal with ASB, tenancy breaches and neighbour disputes Support vulnerable tenants and safeguarding cases Work with tenants to sustain tenancies Liaise with internal teams and external agencies Manage complaints and customer enquiries Maintain accurate housing management records Apply housing legislation and tenancy policies This is a role where you NEED Housing experience but you DO NOT NEED to be a Housing Officer previously.
