Housing Regulation Apprentice (SCQF Level 7) – Modern Career Start

North Lanarkshire Council is offering a Modern Apprenticeship in Regulatory Services (Private Sector Housing). You will support delivery of key housing services and gain practical experience in housing standards, licensing, and resident engagement.

The two-year programme leads to an SCQF Level 7 qualification; you will work with experienced officers to build skills in casework, administration and customer service, with no prior work experience required.
