Housing Repairs & Tenant Support Coordinator

Haig Housing is seeking a Support Hub Officer to be the first point of contact for tenants reporting repairs and maintenance. You will log requests, raise work orders and track progress, keeping tenants informed and ensuring timely, quality repairs.

Working with contractors and internal teams, you will maintain records, monitor safety compliance, assist with invoice processing and handle inquiries with a customer‑focused approach.
