Bradford 35 hours pw Permanent £27,500 Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a Bradford based charity that is looking for a Housing Support Team Leader to support the move on of vulnerable clients into long term accommodation. Responsibilities of the Housing Support Team Leader include: Working alongside Local Authorities Housing Options service, utilising the online referrals and allocations process Providing a dual function of housing related support and intensive housing management to service users Providing and promoting practical and emotional support in order to assist in the development of life skills, and enabling service users to move on into independent accommodation Line managing the Supported Housing Officer team working within temporary accommodation, including hostel xwwtmva staff Providing monthly and quarterly reports to Heads of Service Providing telephone support in emergencies Essential criteria of the Housing Support Team Leader include: Enhanced DBS Experience within a similar position UK driving license and access to own vehicle
