£18-19 per hour (Umbrella)

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to support vulnerable people/families on a temporary basis for a client in Birmingham

Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:

• Provide person-centred 1:1 support, creating and reviewing individual support plans to help residents achieve personal goals and promote positive behaviours.
• Offer guidance and advocacy across housing, health, welfare and related areas, supporting residents to make informed choices.
• Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, including mental health and housing services, to meet residents' needs effectively.
• Maintain accurate records, contribute to meetings, and comply with organisational policies, legal requirements, and best practice standards. xwwtmva

Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Enhanced DBS (Must have)
