Housing Support Worker

BDS Recruitment are currently looking for Housing Support Workers to work within the Newquay area working with service users with challenging behaviour in relation to mental ill health and alcohol & substance misuse.

Main duties will include

• Provide housing-related support tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and tenancy sustainment.

• Build trusting, respectful relationships with customers and partner agencies.

• Support customers to access training, employment, and community opportunities.

• Carry out risk assessments and develop personal support plans.

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service targets

Hours per week: 22.2 hours 3 days per week

Contract; Temp ongoing role.

Pay rate: £15.34ph paye or £19.64ph umbrella

Please note you will require a Basic DBS Certificate for this role.
