Housing Support Worker

Housing Support Worker to support adults, including individuals recently released from probation services, helping them build stability and move towards independent living.

Location: Coventry

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

1:1 housing-related support

• Develop and manage

individual support plans

• Complete

risk assessments and support medium-risk clients

• Carry out

health & safety and property checks

• Support with

budgeting and financial management

• Assist with

benefits and tenancy sustainment

• Develop clients'

independent living and life skills

About You

• Experience in

housing support, substance misuse, or employability

• Experience supporting
• Good understanding of

safeguarding and risk management

• Ability to manage a caseload and work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
