About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support their Human Resources department in Liverpool . This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, including maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll, and providing administrative support for recruitment and onboarding. You will be the first point of contact for many employee HR queries, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities within a supportive team environment in Liverpool .
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assist with the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
- Support the recruitment process, including posting vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare HR documentation and reports as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR administration role or a strong desire to pursue a career in HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
