This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of the HR department, providing crucial administrative support. You will be responsible for managing employee records, assisting with HR processes, and ensuring the accuracy of HR data. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Process new hire documentation, employment contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits and payroll input.
- Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Help organize HR events and training sessions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department.
- Good understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
