About the Role
Our client is looking for a meticulous and organized HR Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the HR department in Liverpool . This role is crucial for the efficient functioning of HR operations, involving tasks such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and assisting with HR projects. You will be the first point of contact for many HR-related queries, ensuring that all administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently, contributing to a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assist with the administration of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Process new starter and leaver documentation and manage employee lifecycle administration.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, such as training programs and employee surveys.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the HR team with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR department.
- Familiarity with HR processes and basic knowledge of employment law is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRIS software is desirable.
