Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files, both digital and physical.
- Assist with the administration of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- Support the payroll process by accurately collecting and verifying employee data and timesheets.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and documentation for various HR initiatives.
- Administer HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role or a similar administrative position.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus for this Bradford -based role.
