Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and employee files.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, providing basic information and guidance to employees as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports, such as headcount, absence, and turnover data.
- Coordinate HR-related meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator or similar administrative role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
