Our client is looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to provide essential support to their HR team, based in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of HR processes, including record keeping, payroll support, and assisting with recruitment administration. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and employee files.
- Assist with the administration of payroll, including processing changes and liaising with the payroll provider.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job adverts, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and new starter packs.
- Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, training, and employee events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritise workload.
