You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with payroll, and supporting recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Support the HR team with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Respond to general HR queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the organisation and administration of training and development programmes.
- Help prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR administration or general administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with HRIS software is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
