Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organised HR Administrator to join their Human Resources department in Liverpool . This role is essential for supporting the HR team in managing employee records, recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment law. You will play a key part in maintaining a positive employee experience and ensuring the efficient operation of HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Support the recruitment process by posting job adverts, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including preparing offer letters and contracts.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support with the administration of payroll and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role or a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
