HR Advisor (12m FTC) – Multi-Site, Private Healthcare

Wade Macdonald is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 12 Month FTC based in High Wycombe, fully office-based. You will support managers and employees across multiple sites, handling employee relations, onboarding, contracts and HR documentation.

The role requires a proactive generalist with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. CIPD Level 3 is desirable and there is study support, with excellent benefits on offer.
