HR Advisor - Employee Experience

About the Role

Our client is looking for an engaging and proactive HR Advisor with a focus on Employee Experience to join their team in Nottingham . This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing initiatives that enhance the overall employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding and beyond. You will work closely with various departments to foster a positive and supportive work environment, ensuring employees feel valued and engaged. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across the organisation.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for new hires.
• Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of HR policies and procedures related to employee wellbeing and experience.
• Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist in organising employee events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR generalist role.
• Demonstrable experience in employee engagement or employee relations initiatives.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CIPD Level 3 or above is preferred.
