Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? Were looking for an experiencedHR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB:This is a Monday to Friday, site based role!

What Youll Be Doing:

• Managingemployee relations cases
• Leadingend-to-end recruitment on site
• Drivingemployee engagement andwellbeing initiatives
• Coaching and up-skilling line managers
• Supporting various projects and initiatives
• Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers

What Were Looking For:

• Strong experience in end to endemployee relations (day to day & complex cases)
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and withunions
• Experience in amanufacturing or FMCG environment or similar
• Comfortable usingHR systems andMS Office
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent) xwwtmva desirable but not essential
