Job Description

Location: Burnley
Salary: £35K per annum
Contract: 9-12 Month FTC

Ther Role:

As HR Advisor, youll provide a high-quality HR advisory service across a diverse group of businesses, working closely with HR Business Partners and the wider People team. xwwtmva

Its a busy and varied position where priorities can change quickly, so youll need to be confident managing multiple cases, working independently and providing clear, commercially focused advice.

Youll be responsible for:

• Providing practical and legally compliant HR advice to managers across the organisation
• Managing a varied Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and organisational change
• Building strong relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple sites
• Supporting HR Business Partners with wider people projects and organisational priorities
• Advising managers through organisational change and helping them understand the people implications
• Ensuring HR policies, employment legislation and regulatory requirements are consistently followed
• Identifying trends and opportunities to improve HR processes and people practices
