HR Advisor (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across the organization, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and promoting a positive employee experience. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, handling a wide range of issues from employee relations to HR policy implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and line managers on a variety of HR matters.
• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management issues, from initiation to resolution.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and implemented effectively.
• Maintain accurate employee records on the HR information system (HRIS).
• Assist with the development and delivery of HR training programs, particularly those relevant to remote working practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong understanding of UK employment law .
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or above qualification is preferred.
