Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support and advice on a variety of employee queries and issues.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
• Support the administration of HR processes such as payroll, benefits, and HR information systems.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Help manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Assist in the organization and delivery of HR training programs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR support role, ideally with remote work experience.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Relevant HR qualification or working towards one (e.g., CIPD Level 3 or above).
