HR Advisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and adaptable HR Advisor to join their team, supporting employees remotely and in their Bradford, West Yorkshire offices. This role will provide comprehensive HR support, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and line managers, offering expert advice and guidance to foster a positive and compliant work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a role with both remote flexibility and strategic impact in the Bradford region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support to line managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including ER, performance, and absence management.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze HR data and provide reports to inform decision-making.
• Champion employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Excellent ER case management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CIPD Level 5 or above qualification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a hybrid and remote setting.
