We are delighted to be partnering with an established manufacturing organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join its team in Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan. This is a newly available opportunity within a fast paced environment, supporting managers and helping to promote a positive workplace culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to broaden their operational exposure within a busy manufacturing setting. Working closely with managers and colleagues across the business, the successful candidate will provide trusted HR advice, support effective employee relations and contribute to engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role:

* Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
* Conduct investigations and support formal HR processes.
* Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities.
* Coach managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
* Monitor HR metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR and company policies.

The Person:

* Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
* Strong employee relations and case management experience.
* Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
