Our client is seeking a competent and diligent HR Advisor to join their team in Derby , operating on a hybrid working basis. This role will provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers, covering a range of responsibilities from employee relations to recruitment administration. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Support the recruitment process, including screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role or a similar HR generalist position.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
