About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Wolverhampton . This role will operate on a hybrid basis, combining in-office presence with remote working flexibility. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, assisting line managers with employee relations, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to develop their skills and contribute to a positive and effective working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training programs and health & safety policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification preferred.
