Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join their remote team, supporting operations based in Cardiff . This role involves providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers across various departments. You will play a crucial part in managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the development of a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Assist with the recruitment process, from advertising roles to onboarding new employees.
- Support the performance management cycle, including appraisals and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company HR policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HR information system.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR generalist role.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing employee relations and HR administration.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CIPD Level 3 or above qualification is preferred.
