About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their established team in Coventry . This hybrid role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. You will play a key role in implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and UK employment law, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, contributing to the ongoing success of the organization within a flexible working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to making job offers.
- Support performance management initiatives, including objective setting, appraisals, and development plans.
- Develop and deliver HR training sessions on various topics, such as HR policies, compliance, and leadership skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, and generate relevant reports for management.
Requirements
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role, with a strong understanding of employment law.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team .
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
