HR Advisor

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development activities.
• Manage employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.
• Maintain HR systems, records and reporting.
• Assist with payroll, training coordination and HR improvement projects.
• Support Health & Safety compliance, employee wellbeing initiatives and site-based activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for HR and people-related queries across the business. What We're Looking For
• Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer or similar HR role.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling employee relations cases.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A professional, confidential and proactive approach.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• CIPD qualified
• Health & Safety knowledge or experience would be advantageous. Why Join Playdale?
