About the Role
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Advisor to join their team in Liverpool . This role involves providing essential HR support across a range of functions, including employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR administration. You will work closely with employees and managers to ensure HR best practices are followed and to foster a positive and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and investigations.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate and new starter experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an office environment .
