About you CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards CIPD Level 7 Proven HR generalist experience within manufacturing, engineering or operational environments Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and employee relations Experience with HRIS systems, data analysis, and process optimisation Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to lead projects and drive change initiatives effectively What you'll do Partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning activities Contribute to organisational change and continuous improvement projects Coach managers on people management, performance, and engagement practices Drive recruitment efforts, onboarding, and retention strategies Support performance management and employee development frameworks Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies Lead HR projects focusing on digitalisation, automation, and process enhancements Utilise HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR services For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Richard McFarland for a confidential chat today.
