HR & Payroll Administrator — Front Desk, Flexible Hours

Belong is seeking an Administrator to join our not-for-profit organisation, providing dementia and nursing support across our community villages. You will work as part of a front-of-house team delivering a flexible, customer-focused and efficient service.

The role includes coordinating recruitment within the village (offers, contracts, ID checks), cash reconciliation, payroll processing and HR/financial reporting, plus liaising with customers, visitors and staff while ensuring GDPR compliance.
