HR Assistant (12-Month Maternity Cover) – Hybrid

Pacifica is seeking an organised HR Assistant to join our People Team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will support the HR Administration, onboarding, learning and development, and employee relations activities while working closely with the HR Manager.

This role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and customer-focused service. Based in Houghton-le-Spring, the role is on-site and Monday–Friday.
