HR Business Partner
Fixed-Term Contract | Until December 2026 | Location: Northampton | Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per year
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a fixed-term contract through to the end of December 2026.
Partnering with senior leaders, you'll provide both strategic and operational HR support, managing employee relations, driving people initiatives, supporting organisational change, and helping deliver business objectives.
Key Requirements
Previous HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
Strong employee relations expertise
Sound knowledge of UK employment law
Experience supporting change and business transformation
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
CIPD level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)What's on Offer?

£65-£70k salary
Hybrid/flexible working (3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week from home)
