About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and commercially-minded HR Business Partner to join their team in Birmingham . You will act as a key point of contact for designated business units, providing expert HR advice and support to drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into effective HR solutions, contributing to the overall success of the company. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement people strategies and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide tailored HR solutions.
- Support the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and UK legislation.
- Drive initiatives related to organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture in Birmingham .
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the United Kingdom .
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in talent management and organizational development.
- CIPD accreditation is a plus.
