Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR advisory role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and organisational development.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
