About the Role
Our client is searching for a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to join their fully remote team. In this critical role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with operational objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. You will manage a broad range of HR initiatives, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations, all within a distributed workforce model. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies in partnership with senior management to support business goals.
- Provide expert consultation and support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change initiatives.
- Drive talent management programs, including succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR functional areas to ensure integrated and effective HR service delivery.
- Promote and embed a positive and inclusive organizational culture, focusing on employee well-being and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CIPD Level 5 or above is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner , with a strong track record in a complex organizational setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence senior stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Expertise in employment law and HR best practices across the UK.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR technology, including HRIS and analytics platforms.
